What memories keep you warm?

Jane asked the question what memories will keep you warm?

Even thou summer was late in coming this year, I really had some awesome times enjoy the beauty around us.

The coast and beaches around here are amazing.

And....Nicaragua, so much beauty it takes my breath away.

I look back on these pictures and feel my soul warm up to those memories.

Besides this amazing world we live in, I feel very fortunate to be able to share it with special people.

Those people and memories of those places will help keep me going thru the rainy season.

We are enjoying our late summer/early fall here, the mornings and evenings are starting to get crisp.

Luckily, I get to go out and enjoy more beauty this weekend, and the weather looks awesome.

So enjoy...treasure those times, and go out and enjoy more!

Yep..turq and brown

 

So I worried that this top would make me look pregnant, and even

took it into work to get feedback.

I decided it was okay, not my norm, but how could I resist my favorite color combo's of turq and brown?? 

The top was free to me, so I had to try it.

what do you think?  

Shrug..ready...Fall not yet..whew

So I finished this shrug a couple of weeks ago. 

Thankfull its not cold enough for it, but I will be ready.

I just knitted a big old rectangle, and kept adding, old buttons and fun yarn blanket stitched on..

Shrug ready..yep

Fall ready...nope..whew..

I am still enjoying the sunshine and bare legs!!

Dresses are Divine

 

Here I am...back rambling again...

I am learning to embrace pink.

Now wait, I am doing it slowly, but I love how the pink stripe works well with my little flower dress.

This dress is so darn comfy, it should be called a pj!

The new pink flower pin is really fun-I love collecting these!

And..I have new eyeglass "bobs" thanks to my friend Vickie, who let me raid her beads and make a eyeglass chain!

Whew, finally back

My first blog crashed.
Yep, invaded by some meanie and I couldn't use it anymore.
So...here I am again.

Yes, still with glue on my fingers.
These are my latest recycled shoes, fabric trim and buttons...
What fun...now I am really addicted.
